The Wedding Part 1

My brother got married at the weekend, it was a beautiful emotional ceremony and part one of their wedding celebrations. I can’t wait for the big sparkly asian wedding in August. Take a peek into my world and have a look at what I got up too. It’s lovely to see that love conquers all, everyone was so happy and cheerful and it makes you realise what is really important in this world. I wore my new pretty green dress which is from Miss Selfridges, I have a new video coming out this week on what to wear to a wedding! I painted my nails neon yellow from models own, curled my locks and went for the au natural make up look…. What do you think? Love? Hate? ….. I will also be creating this look on my channel in the next few weeks! Check out the fashionistas at the wedding…. I have to say everyone looked ‘dapper’!

The wedding cake and love biscuits, the theme of the wedding was purple my brother wore a purple bow tie and my sister in law wore a purple asian outfit and looked beautiful! I am very lucky to have invested in a new family member and best friend. I love you za za!

I changed to something more casual in the evening, my maxi dress is from HnM! It’s so beautiful to see my brother getting married, I am very happy for the couple and hopefully one day I find someone I love and can share that moment with… until them my love is my family and my little world! Remember it’s the little things in this world that count! Don’t get caught up in the materialistic world, life is what we make it and surround yourself with good positive people that bring the best out in you!

Happy New Year ….

Happy New Year and welcome to 2013! I am so glad 2012 is over… remember one door closes and 5 open! Look back on the last year… what do you want to change? What do you want to achieve? Set your self some goals and change your attitude towards life…. DREAM….. BELIEVE…….ACHIEVE!!

My new years eve was amazing… my amazing cousin/twin came down from NYC and we were spoilt for a lovely week living like princess’s in London town! Life is what you make it…. it’s about being around the people you love and doing what you love! I was fortunate enough to have great people around me and going to a great places! My year ended with a bang….. I have rocketed into 2013 with a new mind set, new strategy on life and a kick ass attitude! **HI-FIVE**

For New Years eve we went to The Arts Club on Dover Street…. it was beautiful, the food was amazing and all of a sudden the clock struck 12 and we were dancing away into January!

So the Twin wore the cutest little dress from Topshop, the brand is Jones and Jones. They have been making these cute sticky out dresses for quite a while, their signature style is a high neck, low back, fitted waist and sticky under skirt! This dress looked stunning on and with simple accessories can really create an impact!

My gorgeous blue dress was from Topshop… I have been eyeing up this floor length gown for quite a while and we found these two beauties at around 4pm on New Years Eve… it was a stress at first but after a few hours in Topshop on Oxford Circus we found the treasure! 

I am literally falling in this photo…. not sure why I was smiling maybe because I was so happy 2012 was over! 

I went for a heavy glitter smokey eye… to get this look check out my up and coming beauty channel on youtube! It was so easy to do and lasted the whole night!

Remember this is YOUR year… you are writing the future and don’t let anyone else do it for you! Take control, kick ass and make yourself proud ladies!

Wishes and dreams can come true but all it takes is some dedicate and a direction and you will get there! Don’t give up, pursue your dream and do what makes YOU happy!

Sometimes we have to make mistakes to make us into the people we are today!

Just kick back, enjoy, smile, life is too short to hold grudges! Love the people that love you and LIVE YOUR LIFE!

The Lady In Red

Christmas Nail Inspiration

NAILS NAIL and more Nails… how are you having your nails this season? Are you going for a full blown christmas special or just keeping it sparkly or maybe subtle and red? I am going for the most sparkly thing on the menu, glitter in every possible colour I can find…. I have recently found a few amazing pots of fine glitter around my house… I will be uploading how to get the most sparkly nails for a tad of the price at the salons!

Candy Floss Sparkle

Yes I am addicted to buying clothes… maybe I should join one of those groups where I admit that I have a shopping problem.. well it’s not that much of a problem when its from Primark! It’s getting really cold and I don’t want to pull out the Uggs and I have wanted one of those super duper cosy BRIGHT jumpers for agesssss! I stumbled across this beauty in H&M and I am in love!

I got this really cute new winter red nail polish, it’s from Revlon and its called Cherries in the Snow, its bright vibrant and looks HOT! If you are a nail addict I am hoping you have heard of Caviar beads… check out the MUA version, they are £3.99 and super cheap compared to the Ciate packs which are £18 a pack! I have all 5 colours, the one in this picture is scorpio! 

Necklace- £12  from the amazing Primark! I love this necklace and it looks so nice with bright colours or even a plain black or white jumper/dress/t-shirt!

Embellished shorts- Primark- £18 … So I popped into Primark on Friday and got these cute embellished high-waisted short!

Eyelashes- 2 for 1 collection 2000… only £2.99 and they look fab on!

Halloween Nails

I love Halloween.. I feel like a child all over again and have found some amazing images for halloween nails! They are so easy to do and so effective! I have just painted my nails white with red dripping blood… pretty and scary.. perfect!

 

Super duper easy… firstly you will need a base coat… white nail polish and a red nail polish!

 

1) Apply base coat

2) Apply 2 layers of white nail varnish 

3) Get a small paint brush and paint blobs of blood!

4)Apply gloss coat

MUA Nail Constellation

I love caviar nail and I have previously tried Ciate Nails but for £18 a pack they are pretty pricey! My mum recently came across a cheaper version and they are amazing! Go to Superdrug right now and find MUA nail constellation! Its exactly the same but it doesn’t come with a nail varnish! At £3 a pot and with 5 different colours to choose from … I am in LOVE …. (I couldn’t help myself and got all 5)! Eeeek

Step 1

Choose  a base colour to match your nail beads and your undercoat and base coat!

Step 2

I painted my nails with OPI Nail Envy- one of the best product I have ever purchased! Then I painted my first coat with Barry M – Mint Green

Step 3

You will need a bowl so the excess beads can be recycled. Paint your first nail with the second coat of mint green, while its still wet sprinkle the beads over the nail and gently press down!

Step 4

Do this one by one to your nails and leave 15 minutes to dry!

Step 5

Add a top coat and add extra clear nail varnish to the end of your nail to seal the beads!

Voila!

Fashion Diary #2 Lazy Leopard Print

I love my new camera, over the weekend we had a family lunch discussing the wedding (not mine)! I had a rummage through my wardrobe and found my FCUK skirt, it made a come back today with a casual look and feel.

I have also been trying out new makeup, I contoured my cheeks for the Kim K look and decided to go with berry red vamp lips. Keep posted for my new youtube channel for all the latest looks.

Over the weekend I popped into Primark and picked up some amazing tights. I like tights that look and feel comfortable, keep you warm and last a long time. I picked up the ‘extra soft cosy’ tights for £3.50! They are amazing and you have to invest especially as the weather is getting chilly!
