Life is what we make it, I can’t stop smiling! I made this video so I can share my tips of how I stay positive, I am being honest and this didn’t come from a course or a book… this came from experience! I have been through a lot in my life and I have finally found ‘me’! I don’t act a certain way to make others happy, I say it how it is and I love my life! I choose my friends wisely and share my personal issues with people I love and care about as I know they will give me the best advice.
Look at your life and the people in it, are these people bringing the best into your life or causing drama? Before we blame everyone else… look at yourself… what do you want in life… it’s your picture.. your story…. your painting it and writing the story so you get to include who is and who isn’t in it!
Everything happens for a reason and remember there is a lesson in everything! Be wise, smile, enjoy and don’t take it so seriously!
Have an amazing day, don’t forget to keep your eyes peeled for my new youtube video on how I curl my hair…. new vlogs and a new haul! It’s summertime in London (finally)….. have an amazing day and enjoy life ! XOXO
I like to keep you all updated with the random and mundane things that I get up to… I feel that this is my space to share what I love, what I do and to share my random chit chat and banter! I have been so busy with the wedding part 2, the boy relocated this weekend (weeps profusely….. attempts to type but continues to weep) and I have been online shopping and relaxing with my friends.
I would firstly like to congratulate my brother who recently got his art published in Pacha Magazine, I am so proud to see that if we are persistent our dreams can come true. My brother is such an amazing artist and I never give him the credit he deserves because he is pretty annoying at times, however hopefully this is one step closer to his dream. Check out his other bits on his website.
Rihanna performed at Twickenham a few weeks back and the girlies got me amazing tickets, we were in touching distance and I was in awe of her presence and outfits. When she sang Stay it gave me goosebumps, it doesn’t matter how famous or beautiful you are all women have men troubles at some point in their lives. I assume she was singing about Chris Brown but I had one person on my mind… (you know who you are bubz)!
(I got this super cute white flowerly head band from Oasis…. I am in awe of this!!)
Ri Ri looked so fierce and it was such an amazing performance.. I have found a new respect for her, so young and so talented!
I have also been trying to keep my hair naturally curly to give it a rest from the straighteners…. I will be intrigued to see how long this actually lasts….
My new sister in law…. YAY… I have been spending time with the newest family member and enjoying having someone else to boss my brother about! How beautiful is she…. love my ZA ZA …
I recently attended Company Magazines blogging forum, this was interesting and I would recommend it to anyone starting up a blog or wanting to get into the bloggers-shpere…
As a chocolate addict I baked a triple chocolate cake for my friend who recently left the fashion company I work for… She will be missed but we celebrated over cake!! NOM NOM NOM…
My boy relocated, at this point in time everything is up to God and Inshallah things work out… I miss him already! We had an amazing weekend, he spoilt me and I am lucky to have met someone who thinks the same way I do. Remember to surround yourself with positive people who have the same outlook in life as you do! Dream… believe and achieve…..
To kickstart my mornings I have been having beetroot and orange juice, full of vitamins and gives me my daily dose of vitamins.
Have an amazing week and don’t forget to check out facebook, youtube, instagram and twitter… I will be releasing weekend appointments on my blog to be styled! All prices and availability will be on the blog within the next few months.
Hello my lovelies…. I have been super busy with work and I haven’t been able to upload my wedding and prom inspirational lookbook. This was filmed before my brothers wedding and I had no idea what to wear so I bought a selection of dresses! I literally has no idea what to wear, what the weather would be like.. should I wear a fitted dress, short dress, long dress…. all these questions and so little time…. so I had a rummage on the highstreet and found all these beauties!
For occasion dresses I would recommend going to Reiss, Ted Baker and Coast but these dresses are more formal, structured and slightly more expensive… for an occassion dress that you can dress up or down I would go to Zara, Topshop, Miss Selfridge, Asos or Warehouse… Remember it’s not what you wear it’s how you wear it! Invest in good accessories, heels and make your dress look individual. The only problem with buying dresses from the highstreet for a special occasion is the possibility of someone having the same dress as you… but look fab and wear it better ladies! (Beyonce strut)
… I hope you like the youtube video…. my hair was all over the place so i apologise for all the hair touching …
Outfit 1
My yellow floral dress is from topshop, its £95 and the hair band is £25! It’s currently in store and they have a shorter version in a peachy colour. the straps can be worn up or down but I preferred them tucked in.
Outfit 2
This super cute dress is from Oasis, its a limited edition 60’s dress and cost £75! In real life it’s bright and vibrant and works well with a tan… if not just fake it!
Outfit 3
This pretty floral dress is also from Oasis and cost £65, I got it in a size 6!I loved this dressed but it wasn’t practical for a wedding as it has cut out bits at the side! The pretty headband in the youtube is from Primark for £5!
Outfit 4
My favourite dress and the one that I wore during the ceremony! The gold and green paisley print made me feel like I was wearing a 60’s dress. I added an underskirt to make the dress stick out! The dress was from Miss Selfridge and cost £55. My shoes are last season from Zara.
Outfit 5
Another pretty dress from Miss Selfridge and it only cost £55. I liked this dress however it has too much cleavage on show for the wedding so I decided to wear the green dress instead. The material looked slightly cheap but the print of the dress was very pretty.
Outfit 6
This vibrant yellow dress was from Oasis, it cost £50 and came with this black belt. I removed the belt and added a cute fur gillet from coast. Wear this with nude or match it with orange to stand out even more!
Outfit 7
I love the colour red and this beauty cost £65 from warehouse. It fitted well and I really like the 3/4 mid length dress it looks very elegant. Check out my previous videos on youtube to get this super cute hairstyle.
Outfit 8
I know you can’t wear white to someone else’s wedding but this would be cute for prom. This embellished beaded dress is from Warehouse and cost £95. The headband is from oasis and cost £12. I think this dress can be dressed up or down. Add a pair of classic round toe or peep toe shoes to give the dress some sophistication. The dress is slightly see through so wear a underskirt.
I hope you have an amazing day and if you have an occasion coming up I hope this inspired you. If you need any help or advice for dresses and style tweet me @foofiefoo or inbox me! Remember keep your head high, smile and keep going! Get drunk off of your own positivity and be a go getter!

Remember it’s the little things in this world that count! Don’t get caught up in the materialistic world, life is what we make it and surround yourself with good positive people that bring the best out in you!
I love jewellery, it creates an outfit and makes you stand out! For the past few years I have been interested in creating a jewellery brand and realised that you have to have a unique selling point (USP) to make your brand stand out. For my dissertation I frantically searched the UK for jewellery brands to find a gap in the market to see if their was an opportunity to create a new one…. Sadly I found out that the jewellery I was interested in reproducing was already being created by other bigger brands… if I wanted to stand out I needed to become a jewellery design with unique designs…. The whole point of this background information was to explain that one of my favourite jewellery brands is Tatty Devine! They have been around for over ten years and recently got a MBA on Friday, both Harriet and Lucy went to Buckingham palace to receive their MBA. I popped into the store to order my new necklace but got sidetracked by the colourful merginues and giant jewellery! Have a looksie at the Brick Lane store, Tatty Devine is also available in Selfridges and online.
I managed to bag myself one of the limited edition Tatty Devine badges! Yay…
I am slightly obsessed with my new flower headband it’s pretty, pink and from Primark! I was sceptical about wearing it today but thought … hey why not, it’s sunny and I can be boho chic while I shop. We need to start bringing out our summer wardrobes this week as it’s going to be warm in London… and warm to the UK is about 20’c (sad times)!
In two weeks my brother will be getting married, I am frantically trying to get an outfit (multiple options) and figure out what make up and hair I should have so over the next few weeks keep your eyes peeled … there will be a lot of wedding prep tutorials and make up tips!

Have an amazing week and remember that life is what you make it.. in life things happen both good and bad and it’s what you do when the bad things happen that makes you the person you are! Chin up and remember you are amazing, smile because no one is worth you not smiling…the people that love you will always be there and make time for you… kick sadness in the face!
Ladies I am tired of having my hair in a bun so I have been looking at other ways to put my hair up and I created this super cute hair style. It’s so easy to do and all you need is a full head band that is elasticated. They have lots on ASOS at the moment or why not try and do this hair style and add a flowery head band on top. At the moment I have a little thing for RockNRose, their collection is amazing and I will be wearing some bits from them for the up and coming festivals.
So I finally made my lookbook… check out the individual outfits below! Have a great day and wear something fab! Don’t forget to subscribe on youtube and give it a thumbs up!

I attended a beautiful baby shower for my best friends sister over the weekend and the theme was pink… she is having a baby girl within the next few weeks and I couldn’t be more excited to welcome another baby into the family! I have never attended a baby shower before it was a new exicitng experience for everyone… I am not at the stage were I want a baby but I am so excited for my friend!
The theme was pink so I had a rummage through my wardrobe and found my cute pink dress that I bought last year from Zara, I initially got this for my cousins wedding but decided to wear the dress as a skirt and revamp it with a new top. I cleverly tucked in my t-shirt to make it look like a crop top and carrie like skirt!
My top is from Primark and only cost me £10… I was initially trying to go for a Celine oversized t shirt with the cute sticky out pink skirt but thought the digital print would have a better effect! I got my Shoes from Zara last year, but I always feel that everything from Zara is an investment piece…. well for me anyway!
I am a sucker for a pink theme….. it was so beautiful to see everyone in different shades and the mother to be looked amazing! We had games.. a drag queen… a magician….lots of food and a crepe stand! What an amazing event to welcome the new baby into world…. only a few weeks to go!
A few little presents for the new baby…. and if you know me you know I will always be looking out for a few fashionista’s no matter where I am! Check out some of the cool vibrant colours and style gurus at this event!
My beautiful friends …. how stunning are these ladies! MWAH
Beautiful Celine bag…. I need this in my life
What a cute pinky peach dress my friend was wearing with matching nail varnish and a nude pink hangbag!
